Accounts Receivable This billing position's main duty is preparation of invoices for our customers.
This includes but is not limited to:
Report to Accounting Mgr/AIA Billings Time & Material Billings General Invoicing Cost Plus (Budget) Billings Tracking job progress Interaction with field and office employees for tracking and follow up information Tracking employee work ticket status Assist Account Payable with job related inquiries Assist in preparing close out documents as necessary Special projects as needed Correspond with customers/vendors requiring good communication skills This position is fast paced and requires great attention to detail.
The ability to efficiently multi-task and change from one task to another.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
