- Clean and maintain assigned areas within the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens.
- Ensure that all rooms are properly stocked with amenities and supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not needed.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
