Organization, dependability and attention to detail are a must.
Ideal candidate must be eager to learn and be able to follow directions.
Candidate must possess excellent written communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, QuickBooks).
Candidate will be required to communicate with the technicians, customers and management team.
This role includes a variety of tasks that range from accounts payable and receivable, answering a multi-line phone system, greeting and assisting walk-ins, sending emails and data entry.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Answering calls through a multi-line phone system Scheduling installations and service A/P and A/R Invoicing customers Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner Other duties as needed Candidate Must Possess:
Detail Oriented Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Computer Skills Ability to Multi Task Strong Organizational Skills Ability to work well with others in an office setting Job Type:
