Start with a check-in:
You'll likely start your day by checking your emails, voicemails, and any other communication channels for urgent messages or updates.
Property inspections:
You'll then conduct property inspections to ensure that all units are up to par and that any necessary maintenance or repairs are scheduled.
Tenant communication:
Throughout the day, you'll field calls, emails, and visits from tenants who have questions, concerns, or maintenance requests.
You'll need to be able to answer their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Rent collection:
Collecting rent from tenants will be another task that you'll need to do on a regular basis.
Lease management:
Managing lease agreements, including renewals and move-outs, will be another aspect of your role.
Marketing and advertising:
You may be responsible for advertising vacant units and managing tenant turnover, including conducting background checks on potential tenants.
