GENERAL SUMMARY The Technical Solutions Architect D365 develops, codes, tests, debugs, maintains, modifies and coordinates the development of D365 custom applications.
This role will provide architectural guidance to a team of Application Engineers.

Essential Functions Analyzes, defines and documents requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment, interfaces with other systems, internal and external checks and controls, and outputs for both new and existing applications.
Oversees and/or participates in large, complex, higher visibility projects or more than one project, including planning; assigning, monitoring and reviewing progress and accuracy of work; evaluating results, etc.
Complete understanding of the SDLC lifecycle.
Defines and communicates standards for software development and integration.
Manages vendor relationships and software licensing agreements.
Assist in the management of external partners (technical implementation, training and support) of COTS or homegrown applications Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge in field of specialization and has well-developed leadership skills, operating with considerable latitude for un-reviewed action or decision.
Provides mentoring of development staff on current and newly obtained development technologies Interfaces with stakeholders to gather requirements, design concept wireframes and lead development and testing.
Assists the team in the successful translation of requirements into a workable solution meeting company standards.
Provides architectural guidance and code reviews for a team of Application Engineers.
Architects, develops, codes, tests, debugs, maintains, modifies, and installs applications.
Implements and uses monitoring techniques ensuring optimal application performance during and after deployment.
Ensures development efforts meet expectations as outlined within business requirements.
Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs and/or hardware.
Develops and maintains technical specifications.
Analyzes and estimates feasibility, costs, time, and compatibility with existing applications/hardware during the business requirements process.
Consults with business units to gather information about application needs, objectives, functions and features as well as input and output requirements.
Plans and prepares documentation on the development and functioning of enterprise applications.
Assists in the training of end users or technical support staff to use applications and/or associated hardware.
Participates in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to stay apprised of new development technologies.
May perform other duties as required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Education & Experience Needs 7
year(s) of related experience and one of the 3 listed below:
Bachelors degree from a four-year College or University Advanced Certification and 2 years of experience Equivalent combination of education and experience Skills Technical Skills Technical skills supporting Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009/2012 and/or D365 modules Finance & Operations (preferred).
Experience developing D365 enhancements and/or modules using X+
programming language.
Experience with D365 Data Management Framework and system APIs for data exchange.
SQL Programming language using MSSQL Server and related tools Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform, Microsoft Lifecycle Services and Microsoft Azure.
Understanding of data design and the use of data components in n-tier architecture.
Additional experience with other object-oriented languages (Java, C++, C#) a plus Experience with source/version control technologies including Git, TFVC, Bitbucket, GitHub, Azure DevOps, or related repositories and management frameworks is a plus Experience with Pipelining or Scripting such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins/ANT is a plus Other Skills Strong interpersonal, problem solving and conflict management skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
