Responsibilities:
Answering requests and questions from customers and technicians via phone, chat, and email regarding pricing, procedure, and pest control methods Learning and using industry-specific software to manage customer relations Effectively scheduling new and existing programs, and other services for customers Problem solving to find the most effective and efficient solutions Aiding technicians and supervisors in creating and sending proposals to customers; properly setting up work orders based on proposals Accepting payments via phone, mail, and electronic communications Assist in emailing/mailing work orders, invoices, and other Company documents Compose and deliver large-scale proposals and customer reports at a frequent and fast rate Candidate Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check Trustworthy with excellent judgement, observational skills, and attention to detail Positive personality; a team player who is confident and eager to grow Ability to work independently and with a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to write professional emails and speak clearly and professionally Flexibility with availability and scheduling; this position is for Sun.
