Director, Internal Audit
Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Director, Internal Audit join our Accounting team.
Reporting to the SVP, Chief Accounting Officer this role will direct and execute the company-wide internal auditing strategy.
It will be responsible for managing the Company's internal controls function and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX).
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting, internal controls, and/or public company environment.
Candidates must have superior project management and communication skills.
Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to effectively prioritize tasks and projects.
CPA, CIA, or CEE certifications are required.
Director, Internal Audit:
Manage and oversee the Company's internal control program.
Develop and manage the Company's internal audit function beyond Internal Controls over Financial Reporting.
Collaborate cross functionally within finance, IT, Operations etc.
to identify key controls for SOX 404 compliance.
Manage Financial Statement and Internal Controls Certifications.
Develop process improvements for more efficient and effective internal controls.
Manage third party relationships with outsourced audit function and independent auditors for internal controls audit.
Manage third party system for internal controls documentation and certification.
Communicate effectively with various levels of professionals inside and outside the organization.

, HANOVER, Pennsylvania 17331 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum 10 years of experience in public accounting, internal controls and/or public company environment CPA (preferred), CIA or CFE certification; Public Accounting experience (large firm experience preferred) A self-starter who is highly organized and can maintain confidentiality.
Ability to coordinate complex projects.
Detail-Oriented and has the ability to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables.
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Requires superior organizational skills.
Requires excellent communication skills to communicate with Utz Stakeholders.
Requires excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs.
Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Auditing Communication Confidentiality Coordinating Finance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
