The successful candidate will be responsible for grinding and finishing metal parts to ensure they meet the required specifications.

Duties:
- Grind and finish sheet metal parts using hand tools and tooling - Fabricate and assemble metal parts as needed - Operate a crane to move parts as necessary - Perform quality inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet the required standards
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in grinding or metal fabrication preferred - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections - Good communication skill Must know how to read blueprints and understands sanding and grinding on metal wood or plastic.
