We complete quotes and work on several new construction (auto dealership) projects each year.
The Customer Service Representative plays a fundamental role in enhancing the overall customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a call center position.
This individual will be the primary contact for all incoming customer calls and inquiries, must be a solutions-oriented individual, and have excellent administrative and communication skills.
The Customer Service Representative will work with the internal service and administrative team, and report to the Director of Operations.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Communicating with our customer base via telephone and email professionally and courteously.
Acting as the primary point of contact for incoming calls in the Service Department and ensure customers are satisfied with our services.
Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem solving while escalating queries and concerns to the appropriate individual.
Data entry in Service Pro software, onboarding new customer accounts and prepare work orders to be scheduled for field technicians.
Maintenance and distribution of Sales Quote Worksheets to Sales Representatives.
Maintenance of internal worksheets to assist with scheduling of work orders and lift installations.
Assist in preparation and submission of customer invoicing.
Account receivables management for service customers.
Job costing, comparing parts inventory pricing vs.
billables.
Updating stock inventory pricing in software.
Review of expense receipts, credit card receipts, and field technician expenses.
Maintain and update stock inventory records for Hanover and all other satellite offices.
Creation of Purchase Orders initiated in Service Department.
Review vendor sales receipts and shipping confirmation for accuracy.
Submit vendor warranty reports.
Following up with clients or customers to solicit feedback on their experience with our company.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or GED (required) Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or an industry-related field (preferred) A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience with office software, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must be capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
Must be able to multi-task, planning several events simultaneously.
Lead by example, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
The ability to work well with internal and external participants is essential.
Must have professional phone etiquette.
Must possess professional verbal and written English communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work with others in a team environment.
Ability to explain technical information to nonprofessionals.
Must have ability to perform basic business mathematical calculations.
