This position will be responsible for providing technical support to users of our software and hardware products.
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues with the software and hardware that our customers use.
You will also assist in developing new features and improving existing ones.
This is a full-time position that requires at least work at least 40 hours per week.
We are looking for someone who can work Monday through Friday from 9:
00am to 6:
00pm EST.
Required Skills Excellent customer service orientation and phone skills required.
We are a small company, so customer service is very important to us.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically are required.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure are required.
Strong computer skills.
Knowledge of Firewall security is a plus but not required.
We can teach if the right person wants to learn! Must be able to troubleshoot hardware issues on site as well as remote access issues on cloud platforms (VMWare, Citrix, etc.
) Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision while also being able to work in a team environment as part of a team focused on customer success in addition to meeting quality customer service standards.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in requirements and new features being implemented.
We need someone who can adapt quickly and efficiently! Strong communication skills are required with our customers as well as colleagues within the company.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required (or equivalent experience) At least 2 years of experience in desktop support or similar role preferred but not required (or at least 1 year of relevant experience) Job Type:
