6 Quick Apply 3 hours ago Full Job Description AquaPhoenix Scientific is an industry leader in offering SaaS (software-as-a-service) solutions to the environmental and water treatment industries.
We are currently seeking a Software Support and Implementation Specialist to join our expanding software sales/support team.
The ideal candidate will have software/product implementation experience working directly with and supporting B2B applications.
This is a remote position with standard business hours with some flexibility to meet product demonstration schedules and customer training needs.
Must be a self-starter that has a history of building proactive customer relations.
Responsibilities include managing book of accounts with small to medium sized businesses and navigating the complexities that come with software implementations and training.
Requires infrequent travel to annual trade shows and/or customer locations.
Other key responsibilities include:
Demonstrate sound technical/product knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Proven track record of successfully maintaining customer renewals and introducing new services and platforms.
Build strong and strategic relationships with multiple contacts at each account.
Lead the onboarding process for all new accounts and work as a project manager to the onboarding team.
Provide training of existing and new features to internal and external stakeholders.
Increase YoY Account penetration with all existing accounts.
Work with sales team to successfully onboard new accounts.
Report on monthly/quarterly retention and growth metrics.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience in the areas of Information Science, Computer Science, or related disciplines such as the water treatment industry.

years of experience in project coordination/project management related to the software implementation process; or 2
years of customer service experience, ideally in the technology industry.
Ability to conduct basic troubleshooting for product installation and other product issues.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and staying organized.
Ability to be proactive, take initiative, learn quickly, adapt to change, and lead an implementation team through challenges to deliver a satisfied client.
Ability to establish credibility with clients based on industry, product, and technology knowledge.
Working with manufacturing ERP software implementation is a plus.
Exemplary presentation skills, both in-person and digitally to internal and external stakeholders.
