Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Assist realtors, lenders and clients with questions and/or problems Review lender closing instructions Prepare closing packages for settlements Ordering payoffs for water and sewer bills Sending out checks for payoffs and recordings Updating recorded documents into software system Preparing and sending out title policies Post-close loan packages Shipping out packages via UPS or FedEx Assists with answering phones and helping the processor with processing tasks WORK ENVIRONMENT Work is performed remotely, primarily in an office environment.
This is an entry level position.
The hourly rate is between $15 and $17 per hour depending on experience.

Excellent customer service skills- Must be polite, courteous and attentive to all customers, vendors and co-workers Effective and clear communication to co-workers, customers and outside vendors/clients Detail oriented Must be able to meet critical deadlines Ability to focus and multi-task Ability to resolve customer issues Ability to manage tasks independently Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change Strong organizational skills Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience:
No previous experience is necessary, but is preferred Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
